When you purchase a digital asset from Dexine, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files according to the terms below.

1. Personal & Commercial Use

You are free to use Dexine assets for both personal and commercial projects, including:

• Social Media: YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, TikTok edits, etc.
• Advertising: Marketing banners, flyers, and digital ads.
• Websites & Blogs: Backgrounds, icons, and illustrative content.
• Client Work: You can use our assets in projects you create for your clients.

2. What is NOT Allowed (Prohibited Uses)

To protect our hard work and the brand value of Dexine, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Reselling: You cannot resell Dexine files "as-is" on any platform (Etsy, Creative Market, or your own site).
• No Redistribution: You cannot share or give away our files for free in Telegram groups, Discord servers, or any other forums.
• No Stock Competition: You cannot upload our assets to other stock imagery sites (like Adobe Stock, Freepik, or Shutterstock) even if you modify them.
• No Print-on-Demand (Directly): You cannot upload the raw Dexine assets to sites like Redbubble or Printful to sell on T-shirts/mugs without adding significant creative value or incorporating it into a larger design.

3. Ownership

Purchasing a file does not transfer the copyright to you. The copyright of all designs remains with Dexine. You are purchasing a license to use the asset, not the ownership of the asset itself.

4. Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

You are not legally required to give credit to Dexine when using our assets in your projects. However, a shoutout or a link back to dexine.net is always appreciated and helps us keep the prices low for the community!
