We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the new Terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep it updated.
Account Security: You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify Dexine immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use any purchased or downloaded assets only according to the specific license agreement provided by the contributor.
You're responsible for ensuring that your use of the assets complies with all applicable laws and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
You understand that assets are provided "as is," and Dexine doesn't guarantee their quality, legality, or safety.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and sell the content you submit to Dexine.
You agree that your content won't infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property or personal rights of any person or entity.
You agree to grant Dexine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and market your content on the platform.
You're responsible for setting and maintaining appropriate licenses for your assets and for any royalties, taxes, or other fees associated with your earnings.
Dexine reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
All content on Dexine (excluding user-submitted content) such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dexine or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any international, national, or local law or regulation.
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Dexine servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.

You're responsible for all applicable taxes arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Dexine makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Dexine, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexine and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sindh, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sindh, Pakistan, or in a small claims court located in Sindh, Pakistan.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dexine regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
